From helping select the perfect matting and frame to the quality of the finished product, every detail was handled with incredible care and attention. This piece is very special to me, and I wanted the framing to complement it without taking away from the artwork itself. They absolutely nailed it. The custom matting and frame are gorgeous, the craftsmanship is exceptional, and the finished piece looks even better than I imagined. It’s rare to find this level of quality, professionalism, and genuine care for a customer’s piece. I’m so grateful for the time and attention they put into making something already meaningful feel even more special. It will be displayed in our home and treasured for many years to come. Great customer service and attention to detail.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Karl and Kyler at Artworks of Northwood highly enough. We brought them a very special project: two massive 6’x4’ canvases that were a true family DIY project. My daughters designed, built the canvases, and planned the project. Mom then did much of the painting to match our décor and the final sealing. These weren’t just canvases; they were a family collaboration and a bit of a legacy project! Karl treated our DIY art with the same respect and care as a masterpiece. His craftsmanship is world-class! The custom framing is so professional that the pieces look like “store-bought” quality art that we are proud to display in our family room. Not only is the work impeccable, but the service is unmatched. Karl coordinated with Kyler to pick up these oversized pieces from our home, and despite a very tight deadline, they finished everything in time for Mother’s Day weekend. Kyler and his colleague delivered and hung the art with incredible patience and precision. Extraordinary service, exceptional skill, and total professionalism.
